Encouraging a Child’s Love of Water

Katie Patranella’s daughter is happiest when she is in water. Living near lakes and having several friends with pools, she wanted to encourage this passion while keeping her daughter safe. Enrolling with Texas Swim Academy enabled her to achieve that goal.

Texas Swim Academy was recommended to Katie by a friend who was familiar with what she was looking for. Their float-swim-float system provides basic swim survival skills while establishing a base for more advanced swim instruction as the child grows. With one-on-one sessions available, children are able to get the personalized level of instruction they need for optimum results.

TSA’s Adaptive Aquatics swim instructors have specialized training allowing them to create a unique bond as Miss Melinda did with Katie’s daughter. Katie reports that “Since starting here, Kristin’s language has advanced, her muscle tone has gotten better” … “overall she is so much happier in every aspect.”
