Texas Swim Academy, Boys and Girls Club of Houston and Poolsafely.gov are joining together with the nations top safety and training organizations to host the 2016 World’s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL). Established to promote the message, Swim Lessons Save Lives, the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson looks to increase awareness on the importance of teaching children to swim as a leading way to prevent drowning.
Swim lessons create a foundation for water safety in a pool, beach, lake or bath tub. In addition to being a life safety skill, swimming often turns into a lifelong recreational sport that is enjoyed by people of all ages.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Texas Swim Academy is a state-of-the-art swimming facility offering water safety, survival swim, and kids swimming lessons in Katy, Texas. Owners Kathleen and Bruce McMordie, alongside our certified staff, help parents introduce children to water at an early age through the Infant Survival Swim Program , teaching life-saving techniques and basic swimming skills.
Our Stroke Development Program offers six different levels to help students progress in their swimming skills at his or her own pace.
