All positions require dependability and the ability to maintain a consistent schedule. Additionally all applicants are required to submit to both a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Customer Service/Front Desk Receptionist
The candidate must be dependable, customer service oriented, able to multitask and work well with others. Other responsibilities include: speaking articulately with clients, answering phone calls, scheduling lessons, collecting payments, organizing and providing exceptional customer service. Swim Instructor
The candidate must have a passion for the water, a love of children and an excitement for teaching. Must have the ability to build relationships with students by instructing a variety of swimming lessons. Swim experience and knowledge of proper swim mechanics is preferred. Must have a friendly, energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to be a good role model.
Deck Monitor
The candidate must have a friendly, energetic and outgoing personality and thrives when working in a fast paced environment. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring pool area, interacting with parents and children, and maintaining a clean working environment. Swimming experience is a plus.
Lifeguard
The candidate must have a current lifeguard certification. Candidate will be responsible to maintain a safe swimming environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool and surrounding area. Must have the ability to direct and participate in emergency situations. Must be familiar with the use of water safety devices. The lifeguard is also responsible for inspecting the facility on a daily basis and reporting any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to the office.
