Texas Swim Academy is proud to partner with Bella, a certified Yoga Teacher, Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and AquaFitness Instructor, to bring a new and empowering Prenatal Aqua Fitness Program to our community.
Bella is passionate about making mindful movement accessible to everyone — especially women and communities often left out of mainstream fitness spaces. Through her expertise and compassionate approach, this program helps expectant mothers feel strong, supported, and revitalized throughout every stage of pregnancy.

Using the buoyancy and resistance of water, each class helps relieve joint pressure, enhance flexibility, and encourage relaxation. It’s a gentle yet effective way to maintain strength, improve circulation, and connect with your changing body in a supportive environment.
All classes are held at Texas Swim Academy. A signed waiver is required before participation.
